We generally charge clients based on the project, projects are comprehensive and require different groups to contribute. The cost of these project is usually significantly discounted compared to the hourly rates we provide below.

Our world class marketing teams usually consist of a technical business specialist and a technical media specialists who will analyze client needs and assemble or develop larger teams if the scope of the project requires it. We provide marketing services in German, Swiss German, French, Hindi, English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish.
Our Management Consulting team usually consists of 2 members that are technical business specialists and sometimes a graphic designer who provide corporate analysis, strategic advice, business plans, pitch decks and many other services.
The majority of our client meetings are done through online systems however, in many cases travel is required depending on the teams. For projects we tend to include these costs in the cost scope but for individual travel we have simplified these costs below.
We describe Long Haul flights as any travel that requires more than 6 hours of flight time, these are usually cross Atlantic or Pacific flights and we require our clients to purchase business class or lay flat seats available to ensure our teams are 100% upon arrival. We do not bill a surcharge on the ticket price.
Short haul flights are any travel that requires less than 5 hours of flight time, these are usually inter Asia, Europe or North America flights and we require our clients to purchase premium economy or above when available to ensure our teams are 100% upon arrival. We do not bill a surcharge on the ticket price.
For our overnight stays we generally charge $300 per team member that is travelling. This usually covers daily expenses, hotels and other minor travel expenses for our teams.
Unfortunately we have limits to where we send our members. Our travel is restricted to countries and environment that have ease in travelling and also are safe for our team members.
While we provide a host of internal services, many of our clients require work that is out of scope of what we have. However, we have industry partnerships that gives us cover for any kind of work that requires technical experience like Engineers, CFA's, Lawyers and temporary staff. These groups provide their own rates and we charge a 20% service fee on top of every external contract. We will provide you choices with our service providers so if someone doesn't fit your requirements exactly we cover the cost of changing. We have a non-compete & non-solicitation clause built in to all of our client and partner contracts, as so, you may not be able to work with partners we have provided you outside of our organization. Though in some cases, when our clients plan to absorb service providers or teams in house, we do negotiate buy out clauses to allow for our clients to move forward with their goals.
We would like to add that our partners and service providers set their own prices, but often have discount built in for our clients as we have long standing and repeat business. These providers are usually in the upper 10% of service provider charges as we make sure to work with the highest benchmarks in any given field.
